Gangrenous Speeches
Jehovah's Witnesses are told their heart is "treacherous," and independent thinking is discouraged. In that environment thoughts, questions, and ideas feel sinful.
Micah Allen Losh made art and wrote poetry, prose, and songs because art provided distance and plausible deniability. These are his Gangrenous Speeches.
